The Hari Hong Kong Joins IHG’s Vignette Collection

HONG KONG — The Hari Hong Kong has joined IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Vignette Collection, bringing the 210-room independent luxury hotel into IHG’s distribution network and IHG One Rewards loyalty program.

The move follows an announcement in August that The Hari Hong Kong, The Hari London and the forthcoming The Hari Singapore would join Vignette Collection. The agreement expands a relationship between the Harilela Group and IHG that spans more than five decades.

Located on Lockhart Road in Hong Kong’s Wan Chai district, The Hari Hong Kong is a 30-story hotel with 210 guest rooms, including three rooftop suites. British interior designer Tara Bernerd designed the property, which has views of Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, The Peak and Victoria Harbour.

“Joining the Vignette Collection preserves The Hari’s one-of-a-kind character while connecting the brand to a global community of travellers who value individuality and authenticity,” said Aron Harilela, chairman and CEO of Harilela Group.

Dining options at the hotel include Italian restaurant Lucciola, Japanese restaurant Zoku, The Terrace outdoor bar and The Lounge.

The property also operates several arts and cultural initiatives, including The Hari Art Prize for emerging artists, The Hari Chronicles, a program focused on art, design and culture, and The Hari Neighbourhood Guide Audio Tour.

Vignette Collection is IHG Hotels & Resorts’ collection of independently operated luxury and lifestyle hotels.
