Both properties are located near major transportation routes and business centers. The Boynton Beach hotel is near Interstate 95, a Publix distribution center and HCA Florida JFK Hospital. The West Palm Beach property is near Florida’s Turnpike and State Highway 704, approximately six miles from Palm Beach International Airport.

CN Hotel Acquires Two Marriot Properties in Chattanooga
In other Hunter Advisors news, the firm recently announced the sale of two Marriott-branded extended-stay hotels totaling 196 rooms in Chattanooga, Tenn. CN Hotels acquired the Residence Inn by Marriott Chattanooga Near Hamilton Place and TownePlace Suites by Marriott Chattanooga Near Hamilton Place from an institutional seller.
American Hotel Income Properties REIT LP, or AHIP, previously owned both Chattanooga hotels and had identified the properties for sale earlier this year.
Tim Osborne, senior vice president at Hunter Advisors, brokered the transaction. The sale price was not disclosed.
The portfolio includes the 109-room Residence Inn, built in 2009, and the 87-room TownePlace Suites, built in 2012. The Residence Inn offers approximately 7,959 square feet of meeting space.
Both hotels are located near Interstate 75 and Hamilton Place, with access to major employers and demand generators including Volkswagen Chattanooga, Amazon, Erlanger East Hospital and Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport.
Osborne said the buyer plans comprehensive renovations at both properties to bring them up to current Marriott brand standards and improve operating performance.
Mitul Patel, partner at CN Hotels, said the acquisition supports the company’s expansion in Tennessee and its growth strategy across the Southeast.
