Andronis Restaurants Earn Three Michelin Stars in Santorini

October 28, 2026

SANTORINI, Greece — Two restaurants operated by luxury hospitality group Andronis have received a combined three stars in the Michelin Guide Greece 2027, including what the company said is the country’s only two-star restaurant.

Lycabettus Restaurant at Andronis Luxury Suites in Oia received two Michelin stars, while Lauda Restaurant at Andronis Boutique Hotel earned one.

The awards come as Santorini joins the Michelin Guide Greece selection for the first time, according to Andronis.

Lycabettus is led by Executive Chef Christos Karagiannis and Head Chef Petros Brandenburg. The restaurant overlooks Santorini’s caldera and Aegean Sea and focuses on contemporary cuisine and seasonal ingredients.

Lauda, established in 1971, is led by Head Chef Orestis Sotiriou, with culinary direction from Emmanuel Renaut. Renaut is the chef behind three-Michelin-starred Flocons de Sel in Megève, France.

Lauda’s Michelin star is its first, according to Andronis.

The distinctions expand the culinary profile of the hospitality group, which operates hotels, restaurants and wellness experiences in Santorini and Paros, Greece.
