Fusion Hotel Group Integrates Ayola and Odua Brands
HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam — Fusion Hotel Group is integrating the Ayola and Odua midscale hotel brands from Topotels Hotels & Resorts into its regional portfolio, expanding Fusion’s presence in Indonesia.
Topotels operates seven midscale hotels under the Ayola and Odua brands in Indonesian markets including Jakarta, Bandung and Surabaya. The hotels serve both business and leisure travelers.
Ayola and Odua will continue operating under their existing brand identities while gaining access to Fusion’s commercial platforms, operational support and regional hotel network across Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia.
“This integration marks an exciting new chapter for Topotels,” said Willy Suderes, chief operating officer of Topotels Hotels & Resorts. “Joining Fusion will open new doors for our business, allowing us to deliver a better experience for our guests and provide stronger support for our owners. We’re confident that the integration with Fusion will bring fresh momentum to our hotels and teams.”
Fusion said the addition supports its strategy of expanding its brand portfolio and growing across Southeast Asia through partnerships.
“We’re delighted to welcome Topotels into the Fusion family,” said Christopher Hur, CEO of Fusion Hotel Group. “Their strong roots in Indonesia combined with Fusion’s expertise will unlock new opportunities in key destinations across the country. This partnership strengthens our regional presence and supports our long-term vision for growth across Southeast Asia.”
Founded in 2008, Fusion Hotel Group operates 26 properties across Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia under eight brands. The company also provides concept development, brand development and hotel operations services and has developed and operated branded residences.
