Rosewood London Names Tomasz Michalski Head Chef of Holborn Dining Room

LONDON — Rosewood London has appointed Tomasz Michalski head chef of Holborn Dining Room, the hotel’s British brasserie.

Michalski brings more than 17 years of culinary experience to the role. He most recently led the kitchen at Harrods’ Georgian Restaurant following its relaunch. His previous experience includes positions on the opening teams at FOLIE and Annabel’s Private Members’ Club.

As head chef, Michalski will lead Holborn Dining Room’s culinary team and oversee day-to-day kitchen operations. The restaurant’s menu focuses on British produce and seasonal ingredients and includes signature pies and its weekly beef Wellington offering.
