The Stelle Plans Summer 2027 Opening Near Deer Valley East

PARK CITY, Utah — The Stelle, an 84-room luxury boutique hotel, is scheduled to open in summer 2027 near Deer Valley East in Park City.

The hotel will offer studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom suites, including a limited number of wellness suites with enhanced spa amenities. The Stelle has joined Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ L.V.X. Collection.

Located less than two miles from Deer Valley East, the property will provide access to the resort’s expanding ski terrain as well as nearby trails, golf and other recreation that spans all four seasons. Salt Lake City International Airport is approximately 40 minutes away, and Park City’s Historic Main Street is about a 15-minute drive from the hotel.

Amenities will include three food-and-beverage concepts, including a rooftop bar with mountain views, as well as a full-service spa with six treatment rooms, an outdoor pool and saunas. During ski season, the hotel plans to offer ski concierge services and transportation to Deer Valley East.

The Stelle will also provide access to the adjacent ParOne Golf & Clubhouse, which is planned to include a nine-hole short course, a Toptracer-equipped driving range, three indoor simulator lounges and two dining venues.

Additional recreational offerings nearby include hiking, mountain biking, equestrian trails and activities at Jordanelle Reservoir, including boating, paddleboarding and fishing.

The hotel will have approximately 1,100 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor meeting and event space for weddings, executive retreats and other small gatherings.

The Stelle takes its name from the Latin word stella, meaning “star.” The property’s design and planned programming will incorporate elements inspired by the night sky, including future stargazing, astronomy and rooftop experiences.
