ZEPIC Expands Hotel Guest Engagement Platform Across 10-Plus Countries
October 12, 2026
NEW YORK — ZEPIC, a provider of AI-powered customer engagement technology, recently announced that its platform is now used across more than 10 countries by more than 25 boutique hotels and hospitality groups, including Enthusiast Hotel Collection and Hotel Bayit.
ZEPIC says the platform is designed to consolidate guest information from multiple sources, including hotel websites, social media, booking systems and service interactions. According to the company, the technology is intended to help hotels manage direct booking campaigns, personalize communications and reduce their reliance on online travel agencies.
Central to the platform is what ZEPIC calls a “context graph,” designed to connect guest identities, preferences and interactions across properties and communication channels. By combining information such as booking intent, travel frequency and service requests, the system is intended to give hotel marketing, sales and loyalty teams a shared view of guest activity.
“Hospitality generates more first-party signals per guest than almost any industry, and most of it goes unused,” said Sree Pillai, co-founder and co-CEO of ZEPIC. “A guest who stays at three properties in a group is ‘three strangers’ today. A context graph changes that by stitching together their identity and syncing context across every touchpoint in real time, giving the business a single source of truth on who that guest is and what their affinity and relationship to each property looks like.”
The company said its technology is designed to identify potential booking interest through social media engagement and support follow-up communications through WhatsApp, SMS and email. It also offers an AI-powered concierge intended to respond to guest inquiries and service requests.
A recent news release from ZEPIC reports that Enthusiast Hotel Collection, which operates boutique hotels and experiential accommodations across North America and the Caribbean, consolidated four customer relationship management platforms into ZEPIC. The hotel group reports a tenfold return on investment compared with its previous combined systems and 5.4 times higher revenue per 1,000 marketing emails sent.
“Tool sprawl is a massive data problem for hospitality brands,” said Oneil Khosa, CEO and founder of Enthusiast Hotel Collection. “Consolidating our properties into a single ZEPIC account allowed us to decommission four redundant CRM platforms and unlock error-free revenue attribution. We now have clarity on exactly what drives our direct bookings.”
ZEPIC is designed to either replace an existing customer relationship management system or operate alongside other hotel technology platforms. The company reports that its integrations include Cloudbeds, HubSpot and RMS Cloud, allowing booking information and guest data to be shared between systems.
The platform is also intended to help hotel operators segment guests according to booking behavior, preferences and travel patterns, supporting more targeted marketing campaigns. The company said the consolidated data is designed to improve coordination among marketing, sales and service teams.
In addition to serving the hospitality industry, ZEPIC works with consumer brands with technology developed to combine customer data management and automated communications across marketing, sales and service functions.
