Hypersign.com Launches In-Room Guest Engagement Platform

October 12, 2026

SPARTANBURG, S.C. — Hypersign.com has launched InRoom Guest, a guest engagement platform designed to help hotels and resorts tailor in-room TV content around the reason for a guest’s stay.

According to the company, the platform is designed to use intent-based theming to create different in-room experiences for different types of stays, including weddings, conferences, family vacations, sporting events and resort getaways. For example, wedding guests can see welcome messages, schedules and amenity recommendations, while conference attendees can access event agendas and nearby dining information. Families can find activities suited to their trip, while guests visiting for sporting events can find relevant restaurants, stores and local experiences.

According to Hypersign.com, hospitality teams can create, customize and update stay-specific experiences from a centralized platform. The company says operators can upload content, customize the appearance and functionality of each experience, publish updates and manage devices across rooms or multiple properties.

InRoom Guest is also designed to support technologies guests already use, including Apple, Google and LG technologies. According to the company, guests can cast from iOS and Android devices through a QR code without requiring passwords on a shared TV. Casting automatically disconnects at checkout. Guests can also access more than 450 live TV channels, along with dining information, property amenities and services, local restaurants, attractions, entertainment and other recommendations.

The platform includes Hypersign.com’s patent-pending AdEngine, which is designed to give properties a way to promote dining, spa services, activities, transportation and upgrades alongside sponsored content from local businesses, attractions, restaurants and tourism partners. Properties can organize sponsored content into customizable channels and assign ads to guest themes where they are most relevant. The platform also includes proof-of-play reporting for delivered content and campaign results.

“We built InRoom Guest because every one of us has stayed in a room with a TV that’s completely disconnected from why we’re there,” said Neil Willis, founder and CEO of Hypersign.com. “InRoom Guest lets operators engage guests directly, creating an experience that’s more immersive than anything else we’ve seen in the category. We believe this level of engagement is what builds real brand loyalty for our operators.”

InRoom Guest was first introduced at BITAC Independent 2026 in Phoenix and is now available to hotels, resorts and other hospitality properties worldwide.
