Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows Names Herkes Food & Beverage Director

SANTA MONICA, CA — Santa Monica’s Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows (a one MICHELIN Key property) has announced in a press release the appointment of Brandon Herkes as its new food & beverage director.

With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Herkes brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion to his new role, where he oversees the hotel’s entire food and beverage operations.

His extensive background spans some of the most prestigious luxury hospitality brands. Previous leadership includes Amangani (a two MICHELIN Key ski resort by Aman Resorts), the Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans, and he mentors future hospitality leaders at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Situated on five acres on the bluff north of the Santa Monica pier overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows sits on what was originally the private estate of the founder of Santa Monica, dating back to 1875.
