Preferred Hotels & Resorts Welcomes Wymara Resort + Villas to Legend Collection

NEW YORK — Preferred Hotels & Resorts has added Wymara Resort + Villas in the Turks and Caicos Islands to its Legend Collection, while Wymara Villas, Sunset Cove will also become part of Preferred Residences.
Preferred Hotels & Resorts is an independent hotel brand that represents more than 650 hotels, resorts, residences and hotel groups across 80 countries. Its portfolio is organized into four collections: Legend, L.V.X., Lifestyle and Preferred Residences.
Wymara Resort + Villas includes an oceanfront resort on Grace Bay Beach and a collection of private villas above Sunset Cove on Providenciales. The addition makes Wymara Resort, Grace Bay Beach the first Preferred Hotels & Resorts Legend Collection property in Turks and Caicos, according to the company.
Wymara Resort, Grace Bay Beach spans four beachfront acres and includes 97 studios, suites and penthouses. The property features a 7,000-square-foot infinity pool, Indigo restaurant, Blue Water Bistro, Pink Bar and a spa offering 111SKIN treatments and products from Turks and Caicos-based Wildflower Skincare Lab.
Wymara Villas, Sunset Cove is located on a private 15-acre peninsula on Turtle Tail Peninsula and includes 15 one- to six-bedroom villas. Each villa has a private infinity pool, while select villas include over-water swim decks and waterslides into the sea. Villa guests also have access to the Sunset Cove Beach Club, which includes an ocean pool carved from the coastal rock, a lap pool, tennis and pickleball courts, treatment suites and Land + Sea restaurant.

According to the company, Wymara Villas, Sunset Cove is the first and only Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star property in Turks and Caicos. The company also said Wymara Resort has been ranked the No. 1 hotel in Turks and Caicos on Tripadvisor.
