September 21, 2026
OKLAHOMA CITY — Sai Hospitality has acquired the 149-room Courtyard by Marriott Oklahoma City Airport from an undisclosed seller.
The sale price was not disclosed. Hunter Advisors brokered the transaction, with Senior Vice President Spencer Davidson and Vice President Mason McDavid handling the sale.
Built in 1988, the three-story hotel is located near Will Rogers International Airport at 4301 Highline Blvd. The property includes approximately 1,250 square feet of meeting and event space, The Bistro restaurant, an outdoor pool, fitness center and business center.
Danny Patel, president of Sai Hospitality, said the Georgia-based company sees an opportunity to reposition the hotel.
“The location next to Will Rogers International Airport, combined with the upside we see through repositioning the hotel, made this an asset we didn’t want to pass up,” Patel said.
Hunter said the new ownership group plans to rebrand the property and take a more hands-on approach to operations.
The hotel is located within a major corporate and logistics corridor that includes Hobby Lobby’s global headquarters, Dell Technologies’ regional campus, Amazon and UPS operations. It is also near the FAA’s Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center and Tinker Air Force Base.
Will Rogers International Airport served more than 4.6 million passengers in 2025 and is undergoing a long-term expansion.
