Kona Village Earns Three Michelin Keys for Third Consecutive Year

KAILUA-KONA, Hawaii — Kona Village, a Rosewood Resort has received a “three-key” designation for the third consecutive year as part of the Michelin Guide’s 2026 global hotel selection.

According to a recent announcement from the company, the resort remains Hawaii’s only three-key hotel and is one of 15 properties in the United States to receive the designation.

Three Michelin Keys represent the guide’s highest hotel distinction and recognize properties that Michelin describes as offering “an extraordinary stay.” Hotels are evaluated based on architecture and interior design, service consistency, personality and character, value and contribution to their setting.

“Earning three Michelin Keys for a third consecutive year is a profound honor, and shows this isn’t just a moment, but a standard we’ve built and upheld since our earliest days,” said Tracy Stoltz, managing director of Kona Village. “This recognition belongs to every member of our team who carries forward the stories, values and traditions of Kaʻūpūlehu, and we are deeply grateful to welcome guests into that legacy.”

Set on 81 acres along Kahuwai Bay, Kona Village features 150 stand-alone guest hale, dining venues and Asaya Spa.
