SCOTTSDALE, AZ — Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas has announced in a press release the completion of the first phase of its $24 million resort-wide renovation, which includes the redesign of its two-bedroom premium Villas. Twenty-five of the two-bedroom Villas at Hilton Scottsdale Resort are now available for booking. This unveiling marks the latest enhancement to the Hilton Scottsdale Resort following recent upgrades to the guest rooms, Oasis Bar & Grille, outdoor spaces, fitness center, and landscape as part of a multi-phase, multi-year renovation.

“We are incredibly excited to introduce the reimagined Villas at Hilton Scottsdale Resort to our guests and locals,” said GM Tom Clearwater. “The Villas represent the pinnacle of desert luxury, offering our guests a truly unforgettable escape. From the spacious living areas to the full kitchen, every detail has been carefully considered to create a home-away-from-home experience.”

Hilton Scottsdale Resort & VillasFeaturing a private entrance from the main resort, The Villas offer reserved parking and a secluded outdoor patio. Inside, the living rooms feature a fireplace, smart TVs, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and washer and dryer. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom provides two queen beds; both bedrooms have private bathrooms. The Villas accommodate up to eight guests.

Designed for group convenience, The Villas are arranged in clusters of five, allowing families and friends to experience individual privacy while staying connected. Guests will also enjoy private access to the Villas’ pool area, which includes a fire pit, grab-n-go market, and a bar. Exclusive amenities available for The Villas guests include pre-arrival refrigerator stocking, private chef dinners, poolside s’mores gatherings, wine and whiskey tastings, curated bachelor(ette) activities, and complimentary bikes to explore the area.

Designed by Ellis Adams Design, The Villas exude a sophisticated, minimalist aesthetic inspired by the beauty of the surrounding Sonoran Desert landscape, reflecting the essence of Southwest architectural design. The color palette is drawn from the desert’s sandy tones and accented with pops of native greenery.

The second and final phase of The Villas renovation project will include 20 additional premium, two-bedroom Villas that are expected to be completed this fall, for a total of 45 Villas. Guests can anticipate further enhancements throughout the resort later this year, as part of the property’s ongoing multi-phase, multi-year renovation plan.
