ATLANTA — Pivot, the lifestyle operating division of Davidson Hospitality Group, has been selected to manage Hutton Hotel in Nashville, a Tribute Portfolio by Marriott property.
A joint venture led by The Georgetown Company selected Pivot to operate the 246-room hotel in Nashville’s West End neighborhood near Music Row.
The recently renovated property includes Evelyn’s restaurant; Analog, the 5,000-square-foot music venue; two recording studios and 15,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The hotel also recently added The Spa at Hutton Hotel, a 3,200-square-foot spa and fitness facility.
“Based on its stellar reputation of operational excellence and delivering truly differentiated guest experiences, our team is looking forward to collaborating with the Pivot team to propel performance and reaffirm the property’s place at the intersection of music, design and culture,” said Michael Fishbin, managing director and head of hospitality at The Georgetown Company.
Nick Gregory, executive vice president of operations for Pivot, said the company plans to build on the hotel’s positioning and recently renovated spaces while focusing on revenue growth.
“It is a privilege to be partnering with The Georgetown Company to steward this creative retreat in the heart of Music City,” Gregory said.
Pivot focuses on soft-branded, independent and lifestyle hotels. Its portfolio includes Hotel Zachary, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Chicago; Bellyard, West Midtown Atlanta, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Atlanta; and The Higgins Hotel New Orleans, Curio Collection by Hilton in New Orleans.
