CoralTree Hospitality to Manage Crystal Peak Lodge in Breckenridge

DENVER — CoralTree Hospitality has been selected to manage Crystal Peak Lodge, an upscale ski-in/ski-out residential resort in Breckenridge, Colo.
CoralTree will oversee association and rental program management for the property, which will join the CoralTree Residence Collection. The collection includes vacation rentals and residential resort communities in mountain and leisure markets.
Crystal Peak Lodge is located slopeside at Breckenridge Ski Resort and includes one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom condominium residences. Units include full kitchens, living areas and access to mountain recreation.

Guests at Crystal Peak Lodge also have access to amenities at neighboring One Ski Hill Place, including an aquatic center with indoor pools, a private two-lane bowling alley, movie lounges, full-service spa treatments, fitness facilities and dining options. The property also is near downtown Breckenridge.
The CoralTree Residence Collection includes vacation rental management properties in Vail and Snowmass, Colo.; Park City, Utah; Hawaii; and South Carolina. The portfolio includes more than 1,200 residences and 26 homeowners associations under management, according to the company.
The Residence Collection provides vacation planning, front desk, concierge and on-site leadership services for guests. It also provides owner services including renovation management, accounting and financial services, maintenance and capital project oversight, marketing, distribution and pricing, housekeeping, asset management and procurement.
CoralTree Hospitality, based in Denver, manages more than 50 hotels, resorts and vacation rentals. Formed in 2018, the company manages independent, branded and soft-branded properties in metropolitan and resort markets. CoralTree is a wholly owned subsidiary of Los Angeles-based Lowe, a real estate investment, management and development firm.
